Building offensive dominance
Austin Early brings over a decade of coaching experience specializing in offensive skills development. He has worked with top-level players across the nation as a coach for ADVNC, 3d, FCA, and Nike's All-America games, where the country's elite high school talent competes.
A 2019 graduate of Gordon College (MA), Early was a four-year starter and captained the program his senior season. His leadership on and off the field set the standard for the program's culture and competitive excellence.
Before college, Austin was a founding member of the lacrosse program at Fluvanna County High School, helping build a program from the ground up. He later graduated from the Blue Ridge School in 2015, earning All-American honors for his offensive production and playmaking ability.
At Lacrosse Barn, Austin focuses on what he does best: developing offensive players who can create, finish, and dominate in live competition. His approach emphasizes reading defenses, creating separation, and executing under pressure. Because in lacrosse, talent only matters if you can use it when it counts.
Athletes training with Austin learn offensive systems that translate directly to game situations. No wasted reps. No drills that look good but don't work. Just proven methods that help players score more, assist more, and control the pace of the game.
Whether you're a midfielder looking to improve your dodge, an attackman refining your finishing, or a complete offensive player building your IQ, Austin's coaching gives you the tools to dominate at the next level.
