Cancelation Policy
Rental Cancelation Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental date, time, and space. The remaining balance (80%) must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the first scheduled event date. To receive an 80% refund of the total rental fee, written notice of cancellation must be provided to The Lacrosse Barn at least 30 days before the scheduled event date; the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. For series rentals, if you need to cancel an individual date, you must provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to that specific date in order to receive an 80% refund for that single rental date. Any request to reschedule a rental to a later date made within 30 days of the scheduled booking will be subject to a change fee.
In the event that a rental must be canceled due to weather conditions, whether such cancellation is initiated by the Lessor or the Lessee, no monetary refund shall be issued. Instead, all amounts paid shall be issued as a credit to be applied toward a mutually agreeable future rental date. This credit must be used within ninety (90) days of the date of the canceled event. Credits are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. We recommend organizers of clinics obtain outside event cancellation coverage to protect their costs and expenses should an event be cancelled, abandoned, disrupted, or rescheduled due to reasons beyond anyone’s control. The Lacrosse Barn will not be responsible for cancellations related to and including weather disruptions.
Class Attendee and Private Training Cancelation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all athletes and to maintain the quality of our training programs, we kindly ask that any cancellations for group, semi-private, or private sessions be made at least 12 hours in advance. Prior to 12 hours before the class you can remove yourself from the class on self service without penalty. If proper notice is given, a credit will be applied to your account or class package for future use.
Please note the following:
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled session may result in a loss of that session credit, at the discretion of The Lacrosse Barn.
No-shows (missed sessions without prior notice) will result in the forfeiture of payment for that session.
Package options
All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages are shareable between family members and siblings only. A package must be purchased prior to signing up for a session. Single session packages can be purchased at full price up to 10 sessions at a time. Discount packages are available in 12 or 24 session credits. All of these packages can be used to attend any of our small group sessions.
Expiration
All packages have an expiration date based on the date they are purchased:
Single packages Private Packages: expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
12-class packages: expire 4 months from the date of purchase.
24-class packages: expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
No pauses or extensions of packages will be granted for unused classes after expiration.
Buy Back Program
If you are unable to use all your classes before expiration, we offer a Buy-Back Program:
You can buy back unused classes at a rate of $10 per class.
Buy-back credits must be requested within a month of the original package's expiration.
Once issued, buy-back credits are valid for 3 months and can be used to attend future classes.
Buy-back credits cannot be extended past the 3 month extension.
Cancelation Policy for Out-Of-Town Training Sessions
For out-of-town session a $100 deposit will be charged to hold you spot. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. However, if you need to reschedule and provide at least two weeks’ notice prior to your first session, the deposit can be applied to your new scheduled dates.
If any sessions are canceled or rescheduled within two weeks of the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited. Any remaining balance from those sessions will be credited to your account and can be used within six months.
