Why Athletes Travel to Train With Us
You can find lacrosse training anywhere. What's rare is a championship-proven development system built by someone who has lived every level of the game and designed an environment to match it.
Athletes travel to The Lacrosse Barn because our training is intentional, integrated, and uncompromising. Every session develops complete lacrosse players through precise skill work, speed of play, decision-making, and competitive reps inside a facility designed exclusively for the sport. Founded by Nick Tintle, a 2x All-American, MLL Champion, and World Champion, our methodology reflects what actually translates at the highest levels. That experience is embedded into every drill, every progression, and every session led by our elite coaching staff.
The results speak for themselves: All-Americans, Division I, II, and III commits. Players don't come for trends or shortcuts. They come for clarity, standards, and a system that works.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about planning your fly-in training visit.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak travel seasons (spring tournaments, summer, holiday breaks). If you're planning a last-minute trip, reach out anyway and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
What if I'm only in town for 2-3 days?
No problem. Many fly-in athletes train on compressed schedules. We can fit 2-4 sessions into a 2-3 day window depending on your availability and recovery needs. We'll work around your tournament schedule or travel times.
What should I bring to training?
Bring full lacrosse gear (helmet, gloves, stick, cleats), athletic clothing, water bottle, and an extra stick if you have one. If you have game film, send it ahead of time so we can review it before your first session.
Is fly-in training really worth it compared to training locally?
If your hometown has a world-champion coach with a proven track record of sending athletes to Division I programs using integrated skill, strength, and speed methodology, then no. But if you're serious about playing at the next level and want championship-level coaching, then yes. Athletes fly in because this level of training isn't available everywhere.
Can I combine training with other services?
Yes. Many fly-in athletes add strength and conditioning sessions, video breakdown and film analysis, or facility rentals for extra practice time between sessions. Let us know what you're interested in and we'll build a comprehensive schedule.
