How to Sign up though our App

  1. Download the Vagaro Client App (white background red logo)
  2. Create a Vagaro Account
    Open the Vagaro app once it’s installed. Select Create Account (or Sign Up Now). Fill out the required information and tap Create Account to finish.
  3. Search for The Lacrosse Barn
    Once your account is created, use the Search icon to find our business page by searching, “The Lacrosse Barn.”
  4. Browse Available Classes
    Once on our page, choose the ‘Classes” tab and scroll through the schedule of classes. You can filter classes by type, date, or Coach Select a class to view more details and pricing.
  5. Sign Up for a Class
    When prompted, select the participant’s name by tapping on the drop down arrow. If your child is not already added as a participant, you’ll need to add them:Tap on Add Family & Friends and enter their name, age, and any other required details. (If the child is a minor, class updates will be sent to the account phone number or email on file.) Save the form and confirm who you are booking for.
  6. Enter Payment Information
  7. Receive Confirmation
    After completing the payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email, text or in-app notification. These alerts can be adjusted in your Notification Settings under Profile.

Ways to Use the App

Purchase Packages‍

Visit the Package tab on our Vagaro business page to save up to $200 dollars on classes. Packages are sold in 12 and 24 packs and can be used for any Small Group Private trainings. Packages can be shared between family members. Make sure to choose Share with Family & Friends and select your child’s name when purchasing a package. Packages expire after 3 months .

Cancel and Reschedule classes

View future booking through the app under the Appointments tab in your profile. Here you can cancel or reschedule a class. We do ask that you try to do so 48 hours before the class to open up spots for other athletes.

Have a Credit Card on file

Keep your card on file to streamline checkout both on the app and for in house purchases. Save your card under Payment Methods in your profile.
